An amethyst birthstone Quick its nearly the end of February.
A ring set with a round faceted amethyst secured in a platinum claw setting within a surround of twenty-two
single-cut diamonds as a cluster and with a baguette-cut diamond on each shoulder.
The ring is on an 18ct white gold shank.
The amethyst measures 10.95mm diameter, 7.85mm in depth (ca 4.58ct).
The single cut diamonds measure 1.8mm (ca 0.02ct) each and the baguette cuts 2.9mm
x 1.8mm, (ca 0.05ct) each.
The ring is marked inside “18CT” and “PLAT” and tests as having platinum setting work
and an 18ct white gold shank.

Gross weight 7.045 grams. Now amethyst this colour is rare and beautiful…superb.
